Brewing has a very DIY ethic…everyone does “their own thing”…arriving at a Fine Craft Beer can result in many different paths…ours usually involves a little Rube Goldberg engineering…and a good measure of laughing….Here is a temperature controller we built…This little box will hold a programmed temp for fermenting…cold crashing, etc…thank the Lord for the INTERWEBS! I present to you…The THERMOMIFICATOR 3000!
